This one’s complex, yet balanced with notes of vanilla, coriander and sea salt. Plus a little zing, thanks to the tequila casks. Drink in our very first oak barrel-aged beer (and we’re only scratching the surface).

Those scrappy Bavarian monks were on to something when they created this rich and toasty brew back in the 16th century.
Fun fact: monks don’t play and they made this baby strong to supplement their vegetarian diet. From Bavaria to the Bluff City, our version of the classic doppelbock is malt-forward and a lil’ sweet with big toasty flavors. Blessed.

Crazy Chain
We’re going off the rails with our spin on the New England IPA.
Made with a variety of hops, Crazy Chain is lighter in color and heavier on the wheat than our Handlebar Haze, but it still brings the juice. If a New England IPA is your jam, this one’ll have you singing “ay, ay, ay, ay, ay” (read in your best Ozzy timbre).

Because German beer is kinda our thing.
Get ready for the Prost(ess) with the most(ess). Our skills for dad jokes are only surpassed by our ability to brew a delicious German beer. This Dunkel is brewed entirely with Munich Malt. Like your most note-worthy ex, it’s smooth but complex. Unlike said ex, it finishes clean, with notes of toasty-breadiness (yes, it’s a thing). And rest assured, after one taste, you will not forget it.

A monster of a beer that’s big on taste but low on ABV — the perfect balance to keep your balance if you feel the urge to pillage any towns (not recommended).
This Polish-style brew is tender yet tough — highly carbonated with floral and earthy tones thanks to Hallertau Mittelfrüh hops combined with a pecan-smoked wheat malt. Like its namesake, this small-batch beer may appear when you least expect it, so get it while it’s hot (that’s a fire-breathing joke).

Le Lazer
Hailing from the french-speaking region of Belgium, saison’s literal translation is season.
Our take on this seasonal brew starts with fermented Belgian malts, dry hopped Belma hops and then viola! You have Le Lazer, an earthy, spicy, peppery ale with notes of tropical fruit and banana. It finishes dry on the palate with a strawberry aroma. The moniker is a nod to our brewmaster’s buddy, pro hockey player and former olympian, Jeff Lazaro (aka Lazer).

This double IPA is out of this world.
That’s because it’s brewed with a universe's worth of Galaxy hops from Down Undah (that’s Australian for Australia).
